We developed highly targeted, end-to-end advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram – and completely restructured the College website’s conversion tracking and streamlined integration with its dedicated CRM.
We also tapped into Snapchat’s ad platform launch at the time too, as part of the wider strategy. In fact, we were one of the first Australian agencies to leverage the platform’s full capabilities, working hand-in-hand with Snapchat along the way.

The company’s website had major architectural issues, particularly its automated geo-targeting features, which was undermining its strategic push to grow its franchise base.
Firstly, we worked closely with Hotondo Homes to completely overhaul and restructure its website’s underlying architecture – to ensure it was no longer penalised by Google for duplicate pages. We then rolled out one of the industry’s largest-ever SEO campaigns, targeting a sizeable number of individual suburbs and locations. Using our industry-leading proprietary software, we were also able to gain traction for highly valuable generic search terms such as ‘home builder’, ’new homes’ and ‘new home designs’ in addition to localised keyword rankings.
The campaign was hugely successful and has since helped Hotondo Homes exponentially grow its franchise base.
Increase conversion rates to help drive much more targeted leads, while reducing the College’s previously high cost per conversation, as well as getting its marketers up to speed with data analysis and technical knowledge of the Google AdWords platform.
Firstly, we completely rebuilt the College’s conversion tracking and analytics to ensure accuracy of data.
